haha I bought the bands off onnit cuz I couldn't find any nearby (they're cheap, too). I do all of those except the lying down one cuz I ain't no bitch and I lie down for no one. I do 3X15 at least two times a week.
my brain will always be alpha, which is why I would beat you and Frank at every sport easily except hockey.
