Generally women have a bigger lower body than men.. hips, butt, legs. Kinda goes along with the theory that if a man ever gave birth he would die lol. Ive seen on many occasions where a female has a rather petite upper body but when you get below the waist its comic book character-esque. Think its called "slim-thick". Anyways point is i always encourage women to take up jitz because of this reason, since it involves alot of hip movement/ positioning as its base core strength
