I never heard about Tosh stealing jokes. if so, that sucks, I def think he's one of the contemporary greats.
idk about all time, but in terms of the last number of years, I'm a big fan of Jim Gaffigan and Tom Segura.
Seinfeld should be getting a mention when talking about all time comedians, though.
