And Debbie Harry (the blonde white girl) definitely was not a rapper lol tho the punk and hip hop cultures were a a lot closer back then.

But yes, it was the first song to include rapping to make it to #1 and perhaps to even be in the charts at all? i'd have to look it up, but it was 1981 so there's a good chance it was.
