I'm against the pooling ideas to be honest..

it may work well elsewhere but at the pace we are moving right now it won't help
we need more competitors before we consider the idea of open topics...
there's plenty ideas to choose from & make them work. time is the issue, not the topics
voting is a slow process that doesn't get done until the last day is around the corner
a majority of us have lives sure, that's understandable on the Mods part as well
but we are only on the 4th week, there's like 15 or so weeks in this...there's no need to pool ideas yet..
as Mods though I feel like you should specify the weeks ahead as....who was it...
I forget but let's say week 5 gives you an opening sentence you build off of..
week 6 you get the ending of the story & you build your way up to that specific moment
week 7 you use a picture of a landscape & week 8 you use a picture of certain weather extremes
if you guys kept a set schedule it would be much easier...
Thursday topics should go up, you have until Monday to finish
votes should be due when the battles are open & should be done by Tuesday.
if all the votes aren't in you have 24 hrs to make it up and have that person vote on another league in addition to here to be eligible for the next week...
