If any toxins are released it is less than 1% of what is in your body. The Kidneys and Liver are what deals with toxins, not sweat. Sweating is to prevent overheating. Staying hydrated is a far more effective way of getting rid of THC than sweating. The reason exercise gets rid of THC is because THC is stored in fat and exercise burns fat.
