yeah I guess when I said powers I mean they didn't give him a bunch of gadgets and shit like the comic joker had , maybe the grenade scene
I also think had he not died, we would have seen a crazier version of heath's joker in the third film, that was hinted to in the dark knight, like when he made the little video shots. the one where he says 'LOOK AT ME' hints at what I think he was going to bring out later.
