I feel you on this but tbh it go either way i mean you posted a short verse againts a long verse. Some peeps voted for you some didnt. All im saying theres really no reall way to know shich works better unless we try it.
plus i think we are holding off on the line limit because eventually in the coming weeks we will try to introduce different poetry styles ie HAIKUS, SONNETS and so on. Most of if not all of those styles have a strict format that needs to be follwed to even be considered a haiku or sonnet.
Think of these no limit weeks as a chance to go off. No restrictions.
Plus ive run poetry leagues with line limits and the arguement is always
