Word, I can see that. But most of the shit you can do in a text document you can do in a vbulletin code such as font size etc. To get a general view of how it'll look just use bold/underline/italic shit on the text/titles etc., center everything and whatnot as a sketch. It'll give you a great general view of how it'll look.
You can also create a folder with docs to each category in the mag so you'll have even better overview when writing on it and who has submitted what. It sounds like a lot unnecessary work but it isn't as it goes really fast after the second or third time. As far as it goes to images/videos I just center the text and place the link. Once you put everything on NC's all you have to do is highlight the text, fix the bold shit and sizes which is done in a minute along with the URL's without having to be afraid of fucking shit up or have to do everything over if something should happen to the site, browser or the thread get lost in a different way. You can also fuck around a lot more with hotkeys and other shit that'll make writing articles or whatever for the mag faster and more efficient.
That's how I do it at least but people got different ways of doing things that works the best and is the most effective to them so do what you feel is best. Just thought I'd put it out there just in case its of help to you or anyone.
