the person can recant what they say after the fact, i bolded "at the time" because thats what the police were going off of, i seen that vid too, and he didnt just turn a corner and get murked, it shows him look up and see police, we cant see the police until after shots are fired, but he clearly was told something

tamir likely wasn't unless they used the loudspeaker thing while pulling up. either way

both those instances weren't unprovoked

this suspects car was approached after it stopped for the police, waited around for NUMEROUS squad cars etc.

obviously the cops can make quick triggerhappy decisions, but you have to understand the pressure they are under, they can't know for sure you got a bb gun, they go off what they are told, and what they see, the day they wonder if a gun is real is the day they don't go home.

its not a race issue, its a job no one is qualified for, and the SUSPECTS don't help matters by trying to excercise their "rights"

keep in mind you posted 2 examples from TONS of cases where this happens, and only one of them is murder imo
