didn't point the toy at anyone and video shows him pretty much turn a corner and get shot

The 12 year old who was reported to probably have a bb gun had no warning given. He was acting like an idiot but didn't know what he was doing wrong

I'm just saying the armed and dangerous terror suspect's car was ID'd and was just walked up to... this can't just be the suspect's faults
