as for the tamir rice one, he was DEFINITELY pointing it at people, it was on camera.
it was completely fucked up how the dude opened fire immediately upon getting there, but he wasn't killed because he was black, he was killed because it was a trigger happy cop responding to a person POINTING A GUN AT PEOPLE
now dylan roof, KILLED PEOPLE, but the police can't roll up and KILL YOU even if you have killed people. the polices job is to capture you.
in both those instances those people were armed and the police were RESPONDING to them, it isn't the cops job to know if its a bb gun, its your job to obey his commands
in this case the crime was committed well before this, "armed and dangerous" criminals are taken into custody without incident ALL THE FUCKING TIME. black ones, white ones, brown ones, you name it. every murderer isn't killed by cops, the same way every criminal isn't killed by cops.
