there are supernatural forces at work that can't be explained.. just know that there is a spirit behind the police force, and some people unknowningly and some knowningly take on the spirit and come out of character.
but when you read the curses in the bible that would fall on the children of israel, for not following the laws given to us by moses, you'd understand the spirits that have gone forth against us..
