I never said tupac was the most talented mc, I actually said Pharoahe Monch is (in terms of sheer talent, not the "greatest"). But Pac is easily top 20, and prob top 15. I wouldn't rank him higher than 12 off the top, and biggie would be top 7 at worst.
People just sleeping on Pac's skill, which is elite, even if he's not THE most skilled MC.
