Ur blood has alcohol in it
When that blood gets to ur lungs, only a super thin membrane separates that blood from the air in ur lungs, this is how u get oxygen
it's thin enough that alcohol diffuses through as well
all of ur blood cycles thru all of your body, bc blood without oxygen is useless.
if any of your blood has alcohol it'll eventually make its way to your breath
