Your concept would work well if everybody agreed that "nigger" status is based on personal wealth.
There are poor people out there who aren't rioting, stealing, killing, etc.
Maybe you're just dropping an emotional response out of anger. We all know that anger is s secondary emotion, so perhaps we can focus on your primary emotion?
