if its the one i'm thinking of. it was like a black older guy pushing a dude over a rail and punching him with sloppy's and there is people yelling JAMESSS, JAMESSS trying to get him to stop, and he tosses dude over the rail

but its like a rail on a stoop so he just falls like 2 feet

but yea it was an adventure in sloppiness and ineffective punching
