But yeah, pretty much.
It's 100% fine to want buns of either the female or cheeseburger variety. Fine to want it bad and have that want piqued when some walk by you. Fine to fantasize about what you'd do to said buns.
Not fine to act on it in a way that makes the owner of the buns uncomfortable.
Yelling "those smell fucking delicious" to a stranger as they walk by with a tray of burgers in public is weird and awkward and just bc someone's gone to the effort of making them doesn't mean they're for you.
Or, sitting across from someone eating a delicious burger and ogling it and licking your lips is weird antisocial behavior and if the burger eater is smaller/weaker than you they're gonna feel threatened.
Which is completely different to asking politely if you can have a burger and backing off if you can't. Nothing wrong with that.
