usually I eat twice - a bowl of oatmeal or a vega one shake to break the fast, snack on some almonds at work (I work 3pm-10pm), and when I get home I have some food - chicken, broccoli, eggplant, carrots, asparagus, mushrooms and avocados frequent the menu - around 11pm. I drink some tea, read a bit/dick around on the internet (like I'm doing now) and go to bed around 2am. pretty set routine tbh.
that's why I put ***ao butter in my coffee, has the fat content to keep you satiated. I sip on the coffee throughout the day.
I'm sure it works the other way as well, basically the same concept. it's bigger than just the fast, though. gotta have healthy support structures behind it. if you're mobbing burgers all day and then stop eating from 6pm to 10am, it will probably be negligible.
either way, I still recommend giving it a go.
