On days I don't work out, I do intermittent fasting until about 5pm, so I make coffee with a spoon of Manuka honey and a spoon of ***ao butter, with only a splash of milk.
When I do workout, I will be a bit more liberal with what goes in my coffee, just depends on what kind of coffee I make. Kona coffee gets honey crystals, Mexican coffee gets some brown sugar and cinnamon, etc.
