so what do you do in the A.M. then? Muscle Milk maybe? whats your source of early morning stimulation?
i know a good protein boost can help also -which is why i ask muscle milk. i used to stop in wawa everymorning when i did garage door maintenance.. grabbed me a vanilla muscle milk -and one of those protein power packs they sell which are AWESOME. in estimated total -it was 60 MGs of protein give or take 2mgs, Quick. always gave me a proper boost
