never had to detox, but for a solid 9 months-a year I was doing coke 4-5 days a week, often multiple times throughout the day, and then when I went traveling in Asia that summer I obviously stopped completely cuz it wasn't available, and I was buggin for a week or so until I normalized. even after I escaped that grip, I had to stop drinking cuz as soon as I got a little buzz I morphed into fiend mode. that week was rough though, and I was a total dick to most people I talked to, so I can imagine what it's like to have to do a proper detox, especially for opiates. stay strong man
