Dancake depends on what you mean man. Obviously you can be a great athlete with meat in your diet. Its a good source of protein. But there's nothing extra about it that you can't get with a vegan diet. Plus it reduces your bad cholesteral, lowers blood pressure, and depending on what you're eating it can prevent disease
Plus cooking anything gets rid of most of its nutrients.
