cancer is natural. every single human would get a cancer of some sort if something else doesn't kill them first. its a mutation of cells. stuff can make you more likely to get it but you can't say steak gives you cancer. high blood pressure? ey maybe i dunno. but if you die from eating a steak you lived a good life.
