been told i have a problem with things-that-aren't-tangible.
like santa's home.
i knew-that'e-never-lived in the north pole.
and that my parents had told at least one lie,

it's no wonder i woke up on christmas morning and found Old Coal
..in my stocking.
it was shocking.
mommy n daddy wondered why-i was sobbing.
they told me if i sinned that's what god brings.
i told them i have-to-go-potty n escaped out the window,
'til they caught me.
i said "get off me.
you shouldn't be pursuing me i thought you didn't want me."
they came Home|wiped my tears|n replaced the Coal with chocolate-Covered Coffee Beans.
it was all that they had to offer me.
but i liked the taste|shared them with(my)siblings and pretty soon i had them bouncing off the walls with me.
my parents tried calming me.
they said 'we 'ave to go to grandma's n you can't have any candy bars,
cuz you've already had chocolate. n based on yer behavior we think that you've had enough of it."
at the time i thought that was the dumbest shit.
but i knew grandma had super nintendo,
n i-would-do-any-thing-in-order-da-get-it.. and so would my siblings.
