all i need is a pull up bar asside from my own body
thats the best upper body strength workout you can provide yourself is pull ups
i do those, pushups, crunches and sittups
i have a curl bar also. which i do uprite rows and curls with. as well as shoulder workouts
a month of that and im a mean mother fucking machine. just been lazy a while. im about to find a pic of me about a year and a half ago though. brb
