if i understand it correctly which i dont probably i will explain.

everything on the internet is on a server somewhere. its basically a computer. somewhere netcees is on a weird computer and when we go to that url we are like downloading what we see off of that computer/server or whatever.

and basically right now if this is on the same server as PR it means that this site is on a computer in some country i forget the name of because of some loophole or something in regards to vbulletin i dunno MAN I DUNNO
