Nope, it is a medically recognised condition, not to mention that was her chosen preference. It is not just choice, it is biological too, it is genetic and has something to do with hormones they had exposure to prenatally...that person was a female in every way that matters other than the physical aspect, we are not just meat, genitals are only one thing that make us a certain sex, hormones do too, as do genetics, as well as psychology.
