Tomlin was an omission by me. He's probably in the conversation. He's very much a players coach, though, and I'm wary of those types. Plus his Steelers teams have a knack for losing obvious wins (Tampa this year just as an example).

I honestly think Rex might be top 5. But he's the opposite of your Sean Payton assessment. Needs help on offense. But his defensive prowess and ability to motivate his team is second to none.

Odd that you are wary of player's coaches but are high on Rex. He's certainly got more dimensions that his brother, but I could not in good conscience put him up there with those other names. I would begrudgingly have to admit Coughlin was an oversight on my part, though, again - it's been proven he's only as good as his assistants (numerous times at that)
