meh

granted i don't watch much TV but i have a homie who fucking obsessively watches this. showed me the first season and i couldn't get into it

mainly because just about every conflict with his dad/brothers/family whatever stems from [SPOILER ALERT?]

oh boo boo i was molested by a priest and now i am acting out as an adult. brothers internalize and react to their trauma in different ways. father is a prick in denial of the harm its really done to his family. great acting, original concept but thats pretty much the basis to the show and it gets old after a while. correct me if I'm wrong? maybe i just didnt pay enough attention or watch enough but child molestation is not really the foundation for a show i am interested in watching to the end.
