a) eric garner was assaulted by a police officer for suspicion of selling loose cigarettes
b) eric garner was restrained with a blood choke that is illegal force for officers in the state of new york
c) eric garner deceased as a direct result of this choke, regardless of health or "size"
d) the NYPD issued a statement immediately following the death and prior to the release of the video that no such force had been used
e) the autopsy reported ruled the death a homicide resulting directly from the choke

i don't see how a grand jury could possibly fail to indict for reckless use of force leading to voluntary manslaughter at an absolute minimum.
