I'd say it's more about protocol not being followed.
more so, accountability.
law enforcement are not being held accountable for these types of actions which send out an "untouchable" morale and ego to the rest of those who are employed in the law enforcement field.
this shits got to come to an end or I can definitely see a modern civil war.
