Dude, you got to learn to set some serious rules for yourself and stop beating yourself up over how other people react on expectations they have made of you. You can only change those fucked up expectations if you stop acting how they expect you to act. Might make some enemies, but it sure as hell is better to be free to do what YOU want. It's time to say enough is enough and take the weekend off, if you don't do it this weekend at least do it the next. You deserve some time for yourself man.
