Working for somebody else sucks when you sit back and think about all the money you make for them and how little your cut of it is. When I see some bitch ass nigga walkin around at work, whistling and giving props to the boss, I look at his ass like he's got the gottdamned ebolas.
Also, most chicks these days are cunts. A fly-as-fuck chick is like really hard to come by these days, your feelings towards the average everyday bitch is very understandable. I've yet to meet a female boss that isn't a massive cunt.
