You are in a non social setting - you are on the train, you sit next to a girl, she has on headphones or she's reading a book THIS IS AN OBVIOUS RED LIGHT.

A setting that promotes socializing, say a bar, you sit down at the bar next to a chick who's fine as fuck. She smiles at you, and faces toward you. THIS IS AN OBVIOUS GREEN LIGHT.

you're in the club, she's dancing with her female friend, and you kinda dance your way over to her. you enter her personal space and she doesn't even look at you. THIS IS NOT OBVIOUS, BUT IT'S A RED LIGHT
^she noticed you in her personal space, she noticed you probably as you started approaching her. she has no interest in you and she doesn't want to shoot you down because women generally feel bad about it, so she's ignoring you. if you repeatedly tap her, or shout to her HEY WANNA DANCE, or, just dance up on her w/o speaking. yes, this creates a vibe that says "I want you and don't care what you want".
OR maybe she didn't notice you at all, and maybe she WOULD like you, but would you be ok with possibly ruining a nice girl's night over a 50/50 chance? if you would be ok with that maybe reevaluate how you treat ppl.
also understand, talking to the girl in scenario one creates the same vibe. you're telling her I want to [talk to] you and I don't care if you don't want to [talk to] me.
you're ignoring the non verbal "no". replace [talk to] with [fuck] and it's the same exact mindset. that mindset scares women.
like I don't get how a resounding amount of women are saying "this bothers us please stop" and you saying "I don't think it should bother you so I won't stop" and not give yourself a creep vibe?
