this is tough, but in my mind it comes down to how it initiated? if a chick is flat out wasted and she throws herself at you and you are soberr enough to recognize this - you obviously decline.
if both are wasted it is tough, but I would say it should fall on the party that initiated things? I also have to say though, in instances like this where both parties are too drunk to consent it kind of cancels each other out? but it is hard to say.
there's an argument for whiskey dick ie. if the man was too drunk to consent he wouldn't be able to get it up, but we all metabolize liquor different so I can't support that
