As a guy that knows quite a lot of gays and political feminists/activists in general on most sides of the socialist coin I'm with you on this. The crazy fucks speak the loudest but far from speak for the majority, specially on the internet where there's way too many of these absolutely ludicrous Tumblr-maniacs to support crazy ideas that doesn't hold grounds in logic it's easy to get your views clouded as you'll base your understanding of it on the noise.

Edit: Just realized something as well. Feminist activism in the US seems to be quite different from how it works and is put to practice in Norway, so I probably shouldn't join the convo as I don't know exactly how different it is. But the sane/majority of people probably share the same mindset.
