I like tic tacs a lot because it is clear that he gains advantages by covert means. And he doesn't realize how hypocritical it is that he blames others for doing the same which is actually very funny if you think about it. And though he respects the skills of those around him, I can tell that he doesn't want to play a game that is completely rigged and would rather express himself for therapeutic purposes. Tic Tac seems completely confused why others can't seem to understand that. He is in search of a place where he can vent his frustrations and feel better in the morning.
