the only difference i can see is the video card? the second one is 8gb ram compared to 16 but i think the video card is better?

it only has 8 gb too, it says the memory is expandable to 16, i think it has 2 4 gb ram sticks? so to max it out i would have to buy 2 8 gb sticks and completely replace those?
