The garlic sauce is crucial to Papa John's. It's basically the only redeeming factor.
Also, Split, you forgot real frozen pizzas, which I'd put at the worst between Pizza Hut and Papa John's. Getting the expensive brands (which only cost like $5 for a full pizza) and using one of those proper pizza makers with the spinning wheel brings it up to second place.
I haven't had Little Caesar's in a very long time, so even though I remember hating, I won't comment.
