When you say Red, White, and Blue here (ESPECIALLY in Northern Ireland) you think of the Union Jack.

There are hundreds of them all around this town, and it's tiny....there are also hundreds of tricolours...it's a tribal thing, marking territory...telling people 'if these aren't your colours, don't come in here'...it has quite the cultural significance...which is dumb but understandable.
