Rhyming IMO does help the situation, if anything... but writing a sentence that hasn't got a lot of structure, just to rhyme multiple times.. doesn't help.
I thought your piece was good, and all the voters said it was close. They gave advice like spending more time reading what you wrote and rewriting. Everybody does that, but some at a more extreme level. I dug what you wrote, and the theme.
I mean, look at Certain vs Frank and tell me who rhymes more... but who has more substance and pieced the topic together with more cleverness.
