No problem I'm still Learning...the hard way too lol. Me and a buddy of mine went on eight and a half mile hike to reach this spot to setup camp....being in the Midwest we had checked the forecast a few days out...mid seventies...perfect. Weather switches at the drop of a hat here and little did we know the temps started getting into the upper nineties with the heat index maxing out at just over a hunned. When we exited the truck to embark on the trail my camelback bladder hose got shut in the door..thought I checked it good but it broke and ruptured about three miles in and all of my water gushed out. Me and him shared his 3 liter but there was no water supply remotely close to us. 100 degree weather and close to a hundred pound packs with little water was bad news and we both knew it...sweated out all of the salts and electrolytes but still in taking water without the nutrients is deadly...you can die from the shit and if you correct the balance too quickly you can die from that too. After that I've been learning all that I can about water
