Really? 100% against it? Even those chicks that's had breast cancer and had to remove their set and got some implants/surgery to feel like a woman again? Not everything is about some bitch wanting more attention and becoming a sex symbol, but rather feeling more like herself or get her identity back as a woman. Or that flatchested chick with the breasts of a 8 year old, I don't find it wrong/fucked up that she wants to get some size on them. Not talking something crazy, just to feel and be looked upon as more normal. Or how about them transgenders etc., you going to deny their right to be what they've felt they've been their entire lives?

Just like Witty I couldn't give a fuck about what people does to their body, but I'd lie if I didn't say that I silently judge people that overdoes it. But ye, when it comes to certain surgeries I can't help but think that you suck as a human being if you can't understand why that flat chested chick decided to do something to better her self image as a woman, or that former cancer patient to get her tits back.
