I never said that old money doesn't have power or influence. I said they aren't secret cabals planning the overthrow of governments, creating genocidal plots for funsies, and orchestrating terrorist attacks on their own soil in order to gain something they already have. If a corporation leverages political connections to obtain a financially beneficial outcome, that's not a conspiracy. It's plain old fashioned greed. It doesn't go "higher" to some "secret order".
Further, what I stated that not indicate that I am more intelligent, but that
you are the one who has no experience discussing this subject. You have nothing outside of internet forums and youtube videos. You have no frame of reference, no sense of history, and are blinded by a foregone conclusion in your mind that exists as a sole way to cope with the fact that life is unfair, the world is mean, and some people have more than others.
All of those things are possible (and reality). Conspiracies to explain tragedy are not. They are 99% implausible mental gymnastics for those who can't accept the world for what it is. Every now and then 1% of it has a nugget of truth and you all cling to it desperately hoping to reveal the wizard behind the curtain.
But that moment isn't coming, friend.
Human depravity is base and simple and does not require explanation.
Sorry to burst your bubble.
