We are surviving better than we ever have, if you haven't noticed. I think we are doing better now than at any point in history, and nature changes btw like, evolution? animals do not behave in a certain way every time, they will instinctively do what their genetic makeup tells them to do, but that does not mean there is no other way to survive, animals learn and adapt and change how they live over many years, humans are no different, we are always changing and finding new ways to do things, and some don't work but some do, so I completely disagree that we should only do what humans in the past have done...humans are the top of the food chain because we are the best at changing, at deciding to do things differently, that is a process that will run for the entirety of humanity's lifespan.
