Maybe it can be a whole knew tourny titled "Money where your mouth is" - name can be tweaked if need be, but it's kind of like a potluck idea with a predetermined amount of money must be paid to enter, if you win you get whatever's in the pot. More participants, more money up for grabs. Obviously.
