If you include RR, RB, LA, Project Rhyme, RMBVA, RM, NC, and BW I think you could pull at least 150 writers who have been active in the last few months
Granted RR and RMBVA are 90% rubbish.
I think you could compile a Top 30 where everyone on it would have real talent
