Velocity: The Knicks line was good but poorly worded. The same thing could be said for the low on fuel line. Otherwise nothing stood out to me. The wording was the real problem because you were overwrought and tried to make things more complex than they were. I did like that you tried to be personal, but those lines never were worded to seem mean.
Bags: The style contrast here is palpable. Your ideas were much simpler, but your wording was pretty dead-on. A few played concepts definitely hurt, but I really liked the Braveheart line and the rape scene line. You'll have to be more creative against tougher competition, but you did enough to move on here.
