I'm not takingaway from the bengals (completely) ijs win a playoff game.In all reality flacco in regular season is a mediocre qb w. Mediocre stats. But flacco in playoff form is a whole different evolved super saiyan (& another geek reference) player. I'll take his weak numbers in regular season any day considering he:
A) gets us to the playoffs
B) do what he does when he gets there.
Last year, our o line was shit. Flacco was 2nd most sack qb in the nfl. you're not going to be able to get the ball off w.muthafuckas coming at you no matter how good of a qb you are. & it show how bad the oline was in our run game. We need to establish something in order to make the other work.
Outsiders always make the argument ray & ed is the reason we didn't do shit. When in actual reality missing birk to lead that o line & kelechi to a back injury is what really murdered our season. Defense was not that great when we won the superbowl, believe that.
Meanwhile, you guys have all the pices to win & still can't make it past a playoff game.

I will say Jimmy Smith (when we play man) does a great job sticking Green. Thas 3/4 the battle there. Who really kills us is hawkins & possibly gio in the future. Wr2 jones is soft. We take passes out of his hand.
